1. Wash hands and breasts. Gently squeeze a little milk from each breast to ensure that it is not blocked;
2. Ensure that you have disinfected and installed the breast pump properly;
3. Before using the breast pump, please refer to the user manual;
4. Choose a comfortable seat, relax your body, tilt forward slightly (with a pillow behind you), and place a glass of water next to it
5. Press the funnel and massage pad of the breast pump tightly onto the breast, avoiding air from entering to prevent loss of suction;
6. When you gently press the handle, you will feel suction acting on the breasts. The suction force of the breast pump does not need to reach the maximum level to allow your milk to flow out smoothly, so there is no need to fully press the handle to create a vacuum, just feel comfortable yourself;
7. At the beginning of breastfeeding, you can quickly press the handle 5-6 times. Next, hold down the handle to hold it for 2-3 seconds, then release the handle to allow it to automatically return to its original position, and milk will flow out when the handle returns to its original position
8. After squeezing a few times, there should be milk flowing out. If there is no milk flowing out, don't worry, just relax and continue trying. If the breastfeeding process causes you pain, you should immediately stop and consult a doctor; Attention: If milk cannot be sucked out, do not continue to squeeze the breast with a breast pump for more than 5 minutes. Try again at a different time.
9. Perhaps some mothers prefer to use breast pumps without massage pads, but experiments have shown that using massage pads can accelerate the flow of milk, making breastfeeding easier;
10. Generally, it takes 10 minutes to squeeze out 60-125 milliliters of milk. But everyone's situation is different, there are always differences. If you squeeze more than 125 milliliters of milk at once, please use a larger bottle.
